Support Provided

All Florida Garden Supplies franchisees will receive extensive training before the grand opening of their store as well as continued support as needed.  The same way we emphasize customer’s service, we will also provide the necessary guidance and tools to ensure the growth and success of their franchise operations.

A 2 weeks mandatory training will be provided at Florida Garden Supplies headquarters in Miami, Florida. Franchisees will be taught all the products lines carried, store management/systems and business practices to ensure a profitable operation.

Once a franchisee has opened his store for business, Florida Garden Supplies will visit the location frequently to provide continued “on the job training” so as to equip him to handle most business and store situations under our guidelines and procedures.

Yearly training to stay abreast of new products launched will also be done by Florida Garden Supplies to guarantee the operational integrity of our brand.  Additionally, our commitment to ongoing support by the use of our Store operational manual, marketing plans and materials, purchasing discounts and incentives as well as ongoing research and development in the hydroponics market will be essential to ensure the success of our franchisees.
